    Good building, excellent management

    Clean and well maintained; friendly staff; lots of amenities; walls and floors are well constructed (no noise from neighbors or upstairs)
    Cons:
    Neighborhood is quite commercial and loud; building is in between several hotels and near Times Square so always tourists and loiterers on the street
