Spacious unit. Most neighbors are good people. Only loud noise seems to come from outside with the occasional kids screaming.
Laundry is pretty far away and there is no elevator. Super seems to clean but the hallways never seem clean. The neighborhood is not the safest or cleanest: lots of loitering and addiction. Sick of the mice!
Do a deep clean and put some laundry in the building.
