Eh, decent enough
Pros
Spacious living rooms and bedrooms. Laundry in building. Most neighbors are friendly
Cons
Kitchens are really more like kitchenettes (example: we can't fully open the fridge because the space is too tight). Building holds in soooo much heat in the summer, but is an ice box in the winter. Heat only comes on maybe twice a day for short bursts in the winter. Price for laundry was raised without warning. Everyone's lease has a different pet policy. Landlord implied during interview that not being a married couple makes them wary to rent to younger people
It’s okay. Not the greatest.
Pros
It’s affordable. No one really bothers you.
Cons
The walls and ceiling are hollow. You can hear every conversation. The walking and stomping. The music and tv. It’s disappointing. They say it’s renovated but there’s things that need to be touched up on that they don’t take care of. And kinda old school.
Advice to the owners
This is the last resort of you can find anything.
