Budget Friendly Apartment

Pros

Very affordable. Neighbors were quiet and everyone was respectful. Diverse group of tenants. Management was responsive. Building superintendent was also responsive. Close to the train station. Pest control would regularly come by to spray if requested.

Cons

Really old building so you do get vermin if you don't keep it tidy. I did get mice when I accidentally left my trash out one weekend. It took awhile to get rid of them but the super was responsive and took care of any traps. Occasionally would find a dead roach.
