sad that management changed

unit is a nice size and in good shape. great location.

Cons

pintchik sold this building (and many others on the street) to tristar management and tristar is now jacking up rents. tristar property management wont respond to maintenance requests. i was really disappointed that pintchik sold - they were great. no washer/dryer or dishwasher and noisy from flatbush ave traffic and so much honking when bergen gets backed up. tristar so far sucks.
