Good management but with rats and roaches

Pros:
Management is super responsive and helpful to any requests you may have.
Cons:
The trash area is not very well maintained and attracts rats. They have a pest inspection once a month but roaches continue to be a problem.

Clean, well taken care of, spray for pests once a month, responsive and flexible landlord.
Cons:
Cockroaches in the laundry room (basement), though I never had them in my unit (3rd floor).
Advice to owner:
Utilize the outdoor courtyard space for tenants
