Overpriced old walk up building
Pros
Bedrooms are at opposite ends of units, has new dishwasher and oven, safe area and close to transportation.
Cons
Old building with hands-off landlord and management. They hiked up the prices and haven’t maintained the space, only a fresh coat of paint. Other than that, it’s a basic building and landlord does not care about tenants. Just money hungry, have never even seen them in person because they live in Jersey.
Advice to the owners
Lower the rent. It’s not that worth it, even for the area. Also, be flexible and accommodating for your tenants.
