Stay away from Freestone Property Management
Pros
Great location and neighbors.
Cons
The boiler makes so much noise that you can't sleep or work from home. Management doesn't care and won't fix it. Management doesn't respond. The city has issued several violations and they still don't do anything. They have set-up several shell companies to avoid any liability. Freestone is super shady and only cares about money. They tried to charge us for the utilities used prior to us moving in when the apartment was vacant and it took over a month to get the charge removed. Worst renting experience ever. Stay away from this property!!!
Advice to the owners
you suck. sell your properties to somebody who cares.
