It has a cute back yard and expose brick
No windows in 2 of the 3 bedrooms You Pay for hot water You Pay for gas Central air, don’t works Big Rats in the back yard Landlord come to the apartment unannounced Does not fix anything The apartment is upstairs from a nail salon, and the fumes gets really really bad, to the point I got A sinus infection The street is very noisy 
Be more nicer to people! It’s that simple
