Spacious apartments, onsite super and good location lots of new bars and restaurants popping up in Crown Heights

Regular hot water, heat and pest issues (things have gotten better after tenants contacted the Communities Resist non-profit).

If you consider lying to your face and then ignoring your request "nice" then yeah, the super is AMAZING at lying to you and telling you they'll fix a problem and never following up on it, no matter how many times you have to uncomfortably follow-up to the point where they ignore your calls/texts

No on the off chance you can get a hold of him he will be abrasive and evasive when it comes to fixing things. They also didn’t return our security deposit

No, I would avoid this building. I grew up there and it used to be nice but ever since Luis got the job it’s downhill. Good luck trying to find him and even having him do anything. He usually sends other people to do the work he should be doing. It must be nice to live rent free for doing nothing.
