Pretty good and cheap if your apt has the basements
Former Tenant
Pros:
Probably illegal basement attached to first floor apts makes rent cheap. Nice neighbors. Landlords were decent no big rent hikes and responsive.
Cons:
Really bad light and air circulation with almost no windows in common spaces.
Advice to owner:
Take trash out promptly
