Zero Noise Insulation, no heat, worst management ever
Pros
Ok sooo first of all, this bldg was purchased by freestone management group, aka townhouse rental II, aka greenbrook properties (google them). They are shady. Not clear who the landlord is but they keep opening shell companies and LLCs to hide their incompetence. They will not answer. We did not have heat for 3 months while we were there. Noise from upstairs is unbearable. The neighboor acts as if he is the only person living there and forgets that this is not his house but an apartment building. Parties from 6pm until 8pm the next day. Every night. Crazy.
