Nice place, management can be more responsive

Pros

Good neighbors, placement. Building and apt itself is very nice.

Cons

You have to be insistent and on management in order for anything to be fixed. They are eventually resolved but sometimes we had to call/email everyday for someone to come out for something we needed fixed.
