    Pros:
    Love my shared balcony; it’s such a rare treat for an NYC apartment. There’s also a rooftop and backyard for those who prioritize outdoor space! Originally wanted to live in Bushwick, but this location had a promotion that was too good to pass up.
    Cons:
    things sometimes break, but they’re usually fixed quickly

    I’ve been living here for two months, and it’s been great overall. The apartment is large and well-maintained, but I wish there were more organized community events to meet my roommates. Still, the location is fantastic for exploring the local bars and restaurants.
