Classic Brooklyn House
Pros
The room had good natural light, especially during the day, which made it feel larger than it actually was. The layout was practical and easy to arrange without wasting space. The house itself has that classic Brooklyn brownstone character, which gives it personality. The neighborhood feels residential and calmer compared to busier parts of Brooklyn. Grocery stores and transit are within walking distance, so daily life was convenient. The move-in process was straightforward, and overall the place felt organized.
Cons
Storage space was somewhat limited, so you need to be mindful of how much you bring. As with most older Brooklyn houses, you can sometimes hear normal building noise. It’s not excessive, but it’s there.
great promo price
Pros
Love my shared balcony; it’s such a rare treat for an NYC apartment. There’s also a rooftop and backyard for those who prioritize outdoor space! Originally wanted to live in Bushwick, but this location had a promotion that was too good to pass up.
Cons
things sometimes break, but they’re usually fixed quickly
