Perfectly Situated, but Filthy
Former Tenant
Pros:
-The location has plenty of amazing businesses, restaurants, and fitness -Exterminator 1x/mo. -OK price for the neighborhood -Domino Park is nearby -Updated Kitchen Finishings -Amazing Water pressure -Reliable Heat Source
Cons:
-Extremely steep stoop -Constant package theft within the building from tenants and outside -Rent stabilized tenants do not care for the building -Management does not help rent stabilized units with apartment disfunction and it impacts other units -Cigarette smokers in building -Cockroaches on the first floor -Very dirty building -Mean management
Advice to owner:
Fix the issues with the rent stabilized units. It affects the entire building.

Lived here 2020-2021 / the public space was pretty disgusting. Not worth it!!!!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Responsive landlord/management company, good super, great space inside my actual apt. That’s really it…
Cons:
- Apt neighbors are disgusting — there’s always food dropped on the stairs - rats hang out where you need to toss the trash due to poor trash management (again, shitty neighbors throw their shot wherever) - lots of neighborhood fireworks at 2 AM in the area - cockroaches but good pest control - heat in the winter is way too hot — need to turn on AC or open the window - my apt was renovated but everyone else’s looks horrible - mail boxes broken the entire time I lived there
Advice to owner:
Get new tenants who are actually clean and respect the space
