Nice apartments but problematic building

Pros

The newer apartments are nice. Owner is responsive.

Cons

The building itself can get really dirty and is not kept up well. Problems with garbage management and removal. The super is almost completely unresponsive.. you have to go through the owner to get any response from him. Some issues with packages going missing from inside the building.

The building needs more TLC and a more responsive super

Definitely something illegal going on

- Good location

- Was threatened at 10 PM at night in our own home by the realtor who lives in the building after inquiring about our rent stabilized unit - Rent was raised to $4,000 for a tiny 3 bedroom with no closets - Had shower cockroaches in the summer time that wouldn't go away - Do NOT live in this building. Owners like these that continue charging whatever the hell they want for buildings they don't maintain just bc there are idiots willing to pay these prices to live in Brooklyn's trendiest neighborhood. Don't be a part of the problem. It's filthy and they don't deserve your money.
