Pros

Great location between to train stations Communicative Management Quick Security Deposit Return There was a 1/2 bathroom

Cons

Mice Problem Basically had to be my own exterminator. The most management would do was “cover” holes. Roaches and small bugs (we weren’t dirty tenants)

Advice to the owners

Put salt in front of the building before snow.
