Decent spot aside from typical nyc stuff.

Pros

Good location, central air/heat is nice!

Cons

Some things are definitely a little cheap, some quick fixes for maintenance the hallway smells and you have to pester for maintenance a bit.

Good ‘first nyc apartment’ experience

Pros

I had fine roommates, laundry in the building, and a room to call my own. No major complaints about anything in here.
