Awful experience, be weary

Good sized apartment

Cons

Extreme issues with neighbor, pests are hard to get rid of. Property management is hard to get a hold of with serious issues. Take picture of everything upon moving in.

Affordable but you get what you pay for

cheap rent, management company is responsive.

Cons

Building is definitely falling apart, especially as you enter the building. Pests are definitely a presence on the block but luckily haven’t had issues inside the building

Advice to the owners

Fix up entry doorway, find a mail solution for overflow mail.
