Close to transportation , A few Blocks From prospect park , local bars.
Cons:
Rude and loud neighbors , gang violence , no parking , mice problem

Pretty decent apartments

Pros:
Spacious apartments that get the job done. Very comfortable, and the building is kept pretty clean. Neighbors are lovely.
Cons:
The owner can be slow to respond. The super can also be slow to respond to problems. Hot water has been intermittent in the past.
