Better with New Management

Pros:
Clean, fast response from owners, quiet neighbors, newly renovated lobby
Cons:
Plumbing issues, cold and hot water interchange

Maybe reconsider if not on top floor, its a gamble.

Cons:
Very bad sound proofing. Super unresponsive management company.
Advice to owner:
Have the brokers be transparent that your peace and quiet is at the mercy of the people who live around and above you.
