Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent reviews suggest that 9269 Shore Road offers spacious apartments at a reasonable price, close to Shore Road Park's entrance. However, issues with unresponsive management, poor maintenance of facilities, and outdated appliances have been highlighted. Some tenants have experienced rude behavior from the super, leading to dissatisfaction with cleanliness standards and pest control. While the building boasts great neighbors and essential amenities like laundry and elevators, improvements in management responsiveness and upkeep are needed to enhance overall tenant satisfaction.
