Under poor management and supervision

Pros:
pet friendly , nice tenants for the most part.
Cons:
Building is not maintained well at all. The stairwells are dirty and paint on it. Garbage room is usually filled with garbage not enough garbage bins with so many tenants. A lot of violations.
Advice to owner:
Need new management team. The employees at fisher associates are very unprofessional, rude and do not care about maintaining this building at all.
