Worst Apartment Ever

Pros:
The windows sealed nicely, which greatly reduced street noise. Good location.
Cons:
Everything else about this apartment was the worst, and I am usually not a picky person. I felt actively wronged by the property management company. I am only writing this to caution others, no one should have to live here and be treated like that. No hot water, constant bugs even on the 4th floor, trash piling up in the room, broken appliances, and you cant get a hold of anyone, even if you spend 10 hours on the phone (which I did). It is a truly awful company.

Management couldn't care less about their tenants

Pros:
Good Location, Dishwasher and central Air - Rooms are a nice size
Cons:
Management ignores any and all emails until you send about 10, and that's when there is a chance of damage to the property i.e. leaks- not when you say, "hey my oven isn't working" - which I took care of on my own.
Advice to owner:
Maybe pretend to care about your tenants? We don't ask for a lot.
