    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Landlord super responsive and willing to send someone right away. History of stabilized apartments. Excellent location.
    Cons:
    There are roaches in the building. Also, my unit faced only brick walls on all sides.

    Clean enough, well managed
    Cons:
    Could use some retouching, my floors were slanted
    Advice to owner:
    Fix the floors, pay contractors to actually improve the kitchens. A backsplash tile fell off
