lovely home with a recent ant problem in one of the rooms
Pros
the super, the neighbors, the street, and the apartment itself is wonderful.
Cons
there are ants by the window in my room in the summer, used to be fine, just used to have the pest guy spray the window and there wouldn't be a problem. lately it's harder to get them to respond. a few things need repair and maintanence is good if you're on them but can be confusing to reachout to them.

Responsive landlord, lovely neighborhood
Pros
Only four units in the whole building, every unit has the whole floor. Great neighborhood, on a dead end so feels like a cul-de-sac. Responsive landlord, always heat in the winter, tidy.
Cons
Only complaint is walls sometimes feel a little thin, can hear the neighbors.
