Average overall
Former Tenant
Pros:
Rent doesn’t go up by much every year. Live in super that is very good about cleaning the building.
Cons:
Laundry facilities are coin operated with old machines that malfunction a lot. (No change machine!) The gym has two machines - both barely work. Management is not the best at responding to minor repairs - but will respond to emergencies typically. Apartments are railroad style and typically suites roommates.
Advice to owner:
Replace old laundry machines with card operated machine. Create a working gym.

Nice building, nice neighbors, unresponsive mgmt
Former Tenant
Pros:
Roof access, elevator, central air
Cons:
Garbage is never taken out when super is out of town, once didn’t have heat for several days in the winter and had to call 311 because super and mgmt were unresponsive

It's alright, but boring.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Elevator, on the G, quite clean, during the day feels safe, laundry in building. Super in the building.
Cons:
Management is not sorting a coin machine or card for laundry room, machines are getting clothes dirtier, gym is not functioning but the mirror. Nothing for the tenants, you can find much better amenities elsewhere.
Advice to owner:
Improvements are due, management needs nagging for doing anything.
