    Updated units. Elevator building. Roof area. Parking available at cost.
    Cons:
    No real amenities. Old design (wall paper, floor. Few windows. Lack of storage in units.

    great area, management not the greatest

    loved the location, cant be beat, big units
    Cons:
    some units dont have washer in unit, but theres shared washer where half of them are broken. management recently changed so cant speak to the new guys, but the previous owners were awful.
