Poor Quality Management
Pros
Nicely appointed building and units. Pet friendly.
Cons
Try and push out rent stabilized tenants by not properly fixing issues in the unit. Didn't have any hot water for 9 months, with little effort to fix it. New tenant (illegally charged market rate) got it fixed immediately. There's also an event space across the street that occasionally has 4am raves.

595 Baltic Street does the job
Pros
- Relatively good access to Barclays for subway - Rent stabilized
Cons
Building management can kind of be unresponsive. We're in the process of getting a new super, so your maintenance requests won't be addressed unless you pester them.
