    -Feels Safe
    -Good Location near train
    -Management is responsive and super is quick to fix any issues

    No major cons - some noise from J train nearby but that is to be expected

    Washing machines always dirty and poorly maintained, not the friendliest vibe, so much train noise, so many mice, super expensive
