DO NOT MOVE HERE!

Pros:
At first sight this building looked great, but quickly became the apartment from hell!
Cons:
All unit leak water. I was in 3G the windows leaked, the roof started to fall down and fall apart. Building management are scan artist, I lived here for almost 3 years, they never fixed anything! First problem dryer wasn’t connected, co2 was being poured into the unit and we kept getting sick. Never did anything about it had to hire someone to fix. The over the next 2 year the apartment literally fell apart. NYHS file several violations against them for non repairs. Ultimately we had to break our lease and move out. Don’t fall into the same trap we did. Don’t move here!
Advice to owner:
Get a clue and start caring about tenants! Fix the leaks and actually do your job!
