    49 Himrod is pretty great
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Had a bad experience with roommates but the place itself is great and so is management.
    Cons:
    Music blasting from the deli downstairs
    Advice to owner:
    Deal with the loud music from the deli in the corner
