Pros:
Liked the AC, the responsiveness of super, and pest control.
Cons:
Horrible noise management, horrible response to violent neighbors and failure to address them.

Pros:
video intercom system. nice appliances. good management.
Cons:
Neighbors in 1F are horrible. Hallway consistently smells of cigarette smoke and who knows what else.
Advice to owner:
kick out bad neighbors
