Living in this building is a very stressful experience due to the unprofessional environment created by the staff and management. The entire place operates unprofessionally, and it starts from the top down. While there are a few women on staff, they are barely ever around, leaving the building to be dominated by a group of disrespectful men who make residents feel completely uncomfortable.
