Nothing the whole experience is awful

Cons

Management are jackasses and charge you for everything even when no maintenance is done and shit breaks. No natural light no washer dryer and small kitchen that is in the living room. For the price pick literally anywhere else

New building with a few problems

Pros

New building, has a bike room, in-building laundry room, digital door locks.

Cons

The water smelled weird from the beginning when we first moved in, and the problems lasted even till we moved out. AC was leaking when we first moved in. The electric bill got really high during the winter when my roommate and I were not home for half of the month.
