    Very poor noise isolation, kind neighbors and super

    - Paper thin walls and floors
    - Building maintenance is lacking with all responsibilities put on a single person

    Awful Building - Constant issues with Electrical, Water, and Cockroaches

    Nice neighbors, good sense of community
    Cons:
    Completely unresponsive and unreliable management, poorly maintained building, constant leaks in roof, building is infested with cockroaches and other insects. Ongoing water quality and electrical issues.

    Your building needs better management and significant capital improvements
