Roaches!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Rent controlled, unit I rented was renovated, nice respectful neighbors, super (Jorge) is extremely helpful and friendly.
Cons:
Only live here is you can tolerate roaches (or get professional pest control; the building's pest control is useless). Sometimes the smell of cooking is pretty strong in the hallways.
