neighbors are a pain

Pros

is close from food, train and convenience stores.

Cons

the building is supposed to be pet-friendly but the neighbors will always try to report you if you have a dog and barks 2 times in the day, theres mostly old and people that are mad all the time because they couldn't do anything worth it for themselves.

Advice to the owners

clean the outside part of the building, theres always homeless sleeping at night in the front door
