Pros:
Good heat, and hot water
Cons:
Many roaches can’t control it, some have mice, greedy to get your money, don’t really care about tenants. Some tenants are rude and have no concern to peoples needs.
Advice to owner:
Screen your tenants a little better, especially young couples Ask for references
