    crappy building and management

    Pros:
    big pre war apartments
    Cons:
    Very dirty, bad management, tenants refuse to wear masks, no parking
    Advice to owner:
    Clean this building up and strictly enforce people to wear masks. There has been dog urine on the 1st floor that hasn’t been mopped in two weeks.
