DO NOT RENT FROM CW REALTY
Former Tenant
Pros:
Large apartment, friendly neighbors, feel safe here, great water pressure and showers get warm
Cons:
They have never responded to any complaints or maintenance requests we put in, even after reporting them to HPD. They did not clean our apartment prior to moving in. We have had water leaking from the ceiling and sewage water flooding our apartment multiple times and they have done nothing to alleviate the problem. Every time we put in a report the super says he has put in an order and it is never resolved.
Advice to owner:
Stop being a landlord - you’re taking advantage of your tenants

CW Realty is trash
Former Tenant
Pros:
Central air and exposed brick
Cons:
For the past four or five months my bathroom has been periodically flooding and the only solution that has been taken is to snake the drain line but then my bathroom floods another couple weeks later and they have taken no steps to actually solve this issue.
Advice to owner:
Actually fix people's maintenance requests Don't just do temporary solutions
