Management is Not Good With Communication

Inside the individual apartment is nice
Cons:
Management said there would be a working washer / dryer in the building, lied about it on the listing. Smelly & not very clean inside the hallway area. My roommates and I had to repeatedly had to ask for the keys when moving in. No communication whatsoever.
Advice to owner:
Have better communication with your tenants
