Unreliable Property Management Company: A Disastrous Experience with Ineptitude
Former Tenant
Pros:
- Friendly and Peaceful Neighbors: One positive aspect of the property managed by Freestone Property Group is the presence of friendly and considerate neighbors. - Modern and Stylish Appliances: A notable advantage of the property is the presence of relatively new and stylish appliances. - Convenient On-Site Gym: The presence of a gym facility within the building is a definite advantage. Access to a fitness center without needing to travel elsewhere provides convenience and promotes a healthy lifestyle. - Availability of Bike Storage: While the bike storage room may be packed with items, the fact that there is a designated space for storing bicycles is a positive feature. It offers a secure area for residents to store their bikes, adding convenience and peace of mind. - Well-Located: The property managed by Freestone Property Group enjoys a favorable location.
Cons:
- Incompetent Workmanship: The teams assigned by Freestone Property Group to resolve the leak issue were shockingly inept. Instead of resolving the problem, their attempts exacerbated the situation and caused additional damages. Their lack of expertise and attention to detail raised serious concerns about their ability to handle basic maintenance tasks competently. Evidently, they lacked the necessary skills and experience to address such issues effectively. - Communication Breakdown: Freestone Property Group's communication left much to be desired. Their responsiveness was inconsistent, with unanswered messages and unreturned calls becoming the norm. The lack of clear and timely communication further added to the frustration of dealing with the unresolved leak problem. It was evident that they did not prioritize effective and open lines of communication with their tenants. - Neglected Trash Management: Another glaring issue was Freestone Property Group's negligence in handling regular trash collection. The accumulation of trash in front of the building was an ongoing problem, resulting in an unsightly and unhygienic environment. Their failure to maintain proper trash management demonstrated a lack of attention to basic cleanliness and tenant comfort. - Misleading Information on Outdoor Furniture: The real estate agent provided misleading information regarding the availability of outdoor furniture. It was never delivered as promised despite indicating that outdoor furniture would be provided. This miscommunication highlights the lack of coordination and reliability within the company.

Watch out for Erica Zavala and Dinara Igembayeva
Former Tenant
Pros:
The apartment itself is cute
Cons:
Management does not answer. They purposefully ignored us in September when we found dead body parts in our fridge from the last tenant, the unit has flooded 3x and no one will answer emails so we’re now living in a mold infested apartment, Erica and Dinara also allowed our fire alarm to continue blaring for over a month.
Advice to owner:
My advice to Erica and Dinara is to quit. This clearly isn’t the right career for either of you. In order to be a property manager, you should.. wait for it.. need to manage your properties and their issues. Erica and Dinara are neglectful and lazy, they do not care about tenants or their safety.
