Ehhh not worth it

Pros:
It’s quiet, management is neglectful, doesn’t respond
Cons:
Roaches, rats, poor cleaning of buildings and in garden area. Management is rude & disrespectful. Very neglectful management doesn’t respond to request.
Advice to owner:
Get better staff!

Cons:
So many bugs, dog poop, and security doesn’t really do much.

Be more considerate of the changes made since you bought the place
