It's a great building!
Pros
The doormen are great and the rooms are modern and at a good rent-stabilized price. The super is also really responsive to maintenance needs, and this was super important to me.
Cons
The rooms can get a bit noisy since it’s close to the train, but that didn’t bother me much as I’m a pretty heavy sleeper. The two bedroom apartments are generally flex rooms, and the flexed bedroom can get pretty cold in the winter compared to the regular bedroom and rest of the apartment space.

Pros
Of all things to consider here, the doormen are fantastic. Everyone here is friendly. Pretty spacious apartments, huge windows (natural light is great), and we've had little to no issues needing repairs, etc. Also, it's hard to beat the location for convenience. Right between the EMR and NW7 lines. We've been here for five years and, sadly, have to move for more space.
Cons
Unique to us, we had a recent neighbor that moved in that's quite loud on the weekends. Not a huge deal, but it is typically during sleeping hours. Otherwise, standard management experience compared to other buildings. Can be rude on occasion, and they did reach out to me once telling me I was underpaying rent. After a back and forth, and asking them to prove this claim, they boiled it down to a math error on their part.
