What to check before choosing a building highly rated for water pressure near the A train in Crown Heights
- Use the building pages to check which units report the best water pressure and whether the plumbing is updated, not just the building score.
- Confirm the exact route and walking time to the A train at your preferred time of day, since “near the A train” can vary by block.
- Ask what’s included for utilities and whether water pressure issues have been addressed recently (repairs, landlord notices, or planned work).
- Before signing, verify lease terms that can matter for maintenance access (when maintenance requests are handled, response expectations, and how emergencies are routed).
- If you’re coming with a specific use case (shower flow, laundry frequency), ask the super/management how common those complaints are in similar units.
