No. Even well-run buildings can have occasional issues. Confirm the building’s prevention practices, how they respond when pests are reported, and what follow-up looks like.

Ask about their pest-control plan, service timelines after a report, which pests they treat, how they document visits, and what renters are expected to do (for example, trash/recycling routines).

Compare multiple data points on the building page, then ask management directly about the specific concern. Get clear answers on whether the issue has been resolved and how it’s being prevented.

Yes. Ratings reflect reported experiences and available building signals, which can lag real-world changes. Treat the filter as evidence to investigate, then verify current processes with the building.

Look for questions that mention the timing of treatments, who handles access for service, what tenants were told after a visit, and whether follow-up happened. Those details help you judge day-to-day reliability.
