Former tenant·Over 1 year ago

At least the neighborhood is safe and somewhat accessible.

Pros

Top floor unit gets a lot of sunlight. Elevator building. Laundry Rent stabilized

Cons

Neighbors wouldn't throw trash down the chute but instead put open bags of trash including rotting food on the floor in the compactor room. Neighbors would also let their children run in the hallways with no attempts to control them. History of bedbugs. Roach infestation in the kitchen.

Former tenant·Over 2 years ago

Not really a good building to live in

Pros

- Probably the price I paid when I rented it.

Cons

- Packages get stolen - Dirty - Dim lights - Cockroach infestation - Not upgrading anything - Slow on fixing things
