Decent apartment, management slow to respond.

Pros

It was a decent apartment for the price, no major issues. Rent increases were fair and I was happy living there. Location is great and convenient.

I think if I had a major issue, it would have been very difficult to get management to respond - they were slow to respond in several cases and I never met them in person. Once I saw cockroaches, but only one or two.
